winterizing & De-Winterizing

WINTERIZING: Cooling system flush with antifreeze, treat fuel with stabilizer, fog the engine, change oil and remove battery so you can properly store on a trickle charging system

DE-WINTERIZING: is an essential Pre-Season process. It includes reinstalling a fuly charged battery, changing the engine oil and filters, replacing spark plugs and checking the fuel & cooling lines for leaks as well as greasing all lubricating driveshaft and other moving parts.

FULL ENGINE REBUILDS

Upon service diagnostic, a complete teardown, cleaning and replacement of internal components to address engine failure. Often includes replacing pistons, rings, gaskets and bearings. Can entail re-aligning the drivetrain, replacing the fuel & oil lines.  All Rebuilds will be determined by a comprehensive diagnostic to explain the root cause of failure. Full instructions will be provided for New Engine Break-In Procedures.

Code issues normally come after   25 - 50 - or 100 Hours. Code Diagnostics will determine your Jet-Skis maintenance needs. Service codes will be reset for cumulative Jet-Ski Hours.

wear rings and jet pumps

Inspection and replacement of worn wear rings and jet pump components to restore proper clearance and improve acceleration and ensure smooth, efficient power delivery.

carbon seal inspection

your carbon seal is the ONLY thing keeping water out of your engine compartment. if it fails your ski can take on water fast leading to Major damage and expensive repairs. We inspect the carbon ring wear, bellows condition, collar surface, proper seal tension and any signs of water intrusion.

tune ups and oil changes

this service is designed to protect your engine, restore performance and prevent costly breakdowns before they happen. Service consists of a full engine oil and filter change, inspect and service of "Key Systems", spark plugs, air intake, fuel system, battery connections, cooling system and inspection of belts and hoses

flood damage service

Drain contaminated fluids, dry and clean engine and electrical components, inspect system to restore operations after submersion.
